(1) Se. Colombia to s. Venezuela and n. Brazil.
(2) E. Ecuador, e. Peru, w. Brazil, n. and e. Bolivia.
(3) C. and e. Brazil (sw. Mato Gross).
(4) E. Brazil (Maranhao, e. Bahia, Pernambuco and Espirito Santo).
