E. of the Andes in nw. and s. of the Amazon in wc. South America;
Two populations;
(1) Cs. Colombia (Putumayo), se. Ecuador, e. Peru (Loreto, Cuzco, Tambopata River, Madre de Dios, Puno) and n. Bolivia (Pando, La Paz, Cochabamba, ne. Santa Cruz).
(2) C. Amazonian Brazil.
