Disperses off Chile and Peru (?) and from March to September into the e. and n. Pacific to the Hawaiian, Marshall and Kiribati (Phoenix and Line) Is. n. to the lat. of Japan and the w. United States (California).
North Amereica n. of Mexican border
Summer: sw. United States off CAL.
