C. to s. Central America and ex. Nw. South America;
Three populations;
(1) S. Mexico (Puebla, c. Veracruz and the Yucatan Peninsula) to Costa Rica and w. Panama.
(2) S. Mexico (Oaxaca).
(3) E. Panama. Small population in nw. Colombia.
