Three populations;
(1) S. and w. Mexico (Michoacan, Guerrero, Oaxaca, w. Puebla and Chiapas).
(2) E. Mexico (n. Yucatan).
(3) Guatemala to nw. Costa Rica (Gulf of Nicoya region).
