(2) Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, w. Zaire and Central African Republic.
(3) E. Somalia, e. Kenya and e. Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and e. South Africa (n. Natal, e. Swaziland, and e. Transvaal).
