(2) Caribbean slope of Mexico (once in Chiapas), e. Honduras (once in Segovia, Coco River), Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama on the Pacific slope from Darien to Colombia and ex. nw. Ecuador and e. of the Andes in Colombia, n. Venezuela, Trinidad (Nariva and Caroni Swamps), Guyana, Surinam, Guiana, e. Ecuador, e. Peru, ne. Bolivia, Amazonian and e. Brazil (Bahia) to c.
