Niger, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, Central African Republic, s. Chad, c. and s. Sudan to Ethiopia, Eritrea, Somalia, sw. Arabia s. to n. Zaire and n. Kenya.
(3) Sc. and s. Africa from s. Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania and s. Zaire s. to Angola, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe s. to c. South Africa.
