Kazakhstan, n. Kirghiz steppes, and n. India (Kashmir) then s. to Malaysia, Sumatra (Belitung Is.) and Sulawesi.
Winters s. India, Sri Lanka, Burma, s. China, Indonesia and the Philippines.
