Great Lakes region from n. Michigan and s. Ontario s. on Lake Michigan, Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. Coastal e. Canada in n. New Brunswick, Prince Edward Is., s. Nova Scotia, se. Quebec and Newfoundland.
Winters in the se. United States to North Carolina and the West Indies (Bahamas and Greater Antilles).
