Nc. Canada;
Ex. restricted breeding range;
Nested in the Anderson River area of the Northwest Territories (nw. Mackenzie), Canada and possibly w. to w. Alaska (Norton Sound).
Migrated s. through ne. Canada and irregularly in the ne. United States and the West Indies (Barbados) and n. along the coast in the sc. United States (e. Texas) and the Great Plains and the w. Mississippi Valley.
Wintered in Uruguay, Argentina and possibly also in Chile.
