(2) Malaysia (Johor, Panti Forest Reserve) and Sumatra.
(3) Ne. Sumatra.
(4) Simeulue Is.
(5) Nias Is.
(6) Batu, Siberut and Sipura Is.
(7) Enggano Is.
(8) Hainan Is.
(9) W. Philippine Is. (Mindoro, Palawan and Balabac)
