(3) Interior ne. Brazil.
(4) Uplands of e. Bolivia (e. and c. Bahia).
(5) E. Bolivia sw. and s. Brazil (Mato Grosso (Rio Paraguay)) to Paraguay, w. Uruguay and n. Argentina.
