(2) E. Zaire to se. Kenya and Tanzania s. through Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and e. South Africa (e. Transvaal). Angola(?)
(3) Madagascar (Maromiza Forest near Perinet-Analamazaotra Special Reserve).
