(2) Caribbean slope of Nicaragua and both slopes of Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Trinidad, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana to se. Brazil (Bahia (Chapada Diamantina)), nw. and e. Ecuador, c. Peru, n. and e. Bolivia, Paraguay, n. Argentina.
