(2) C. Mexico (ne. Puebla, n. Oaxaca, and n. Chiapas).
(3) Mexico.
(4) Sw. Mexico, Pacific lowlands from Colima s. to c. Guerrero.
(5) S. Mexico.
(6) Se. Mexico to n. Guatemala (Peten) and nc. Honduras.
