Fragmented distribution in n. part of its range;
(1) Se. Congo, s. Zaire, s. Uganda, Kenya, s. Somalia, Rwanda, Burundi, and w. Tanzania.
(2) Angola, and possibly s. Zaire to sw. Tanzania, nw. Malawi, s. in Zambia, ne. Namibia (Caprivi Strip), n., w., and c. Zimbabwe.
(3) S. Angola, n. Namibia and nw. Botswana.
(4) S. and e. Tanzania, se. Malawi, and n. Mozambique (n. of Sul do Save).
(5) Sw. Malawi, lowlands of s. and e. Zimbabwe, Mozambique (s. of the Rio Save), se. Botswana, e. South Africa (Transvaal, Natal, and e. Cape Province).
